Terms and Conditions

1. To place order, please email us, stating
a. Code of the item
b. Method of payment. (Bank transfers or meet-ups)

If payment by bank transfer, after confirmation, please include your transaction reference number.

2. Kindly wait 2 days for reply of queries and confirmation of orders.

3. Buyers should make full payment within 2 days after confirmation, via bank transfer to savings account 187-15268-2 before items are posted.

4. Priority will be given to buyers who confirmed and paid. You can still leave your email if items are marked pending.

5. Payments made are non-refundable.

6. Meet-ups are preferred but at owner's convenience. (West area, Yew Tee, Clementi, SP)

7. Exchanges are allowed in cases where there are mistakes in items delivered such as color or sizes.

8. Changes are not allowed after posting.

9. Shopping Profession shall not be responsible for loss in normal mail/damage during mailing.

hey u said the postiion of the charms are adjustable...so can the smaller charm be removed from the necklace?
